SAFE FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATE:

Program teaches food handlers the general principles of safe food handling, including topics such as public health legislation, food microbiology and food allergies, temperature control, cross-contamination and personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing, etc. Cost $45.
