Each year at this time of the year Scouts Canada puts a push on doing good deed for our community and our environment. Scouts Canada 20th Welland good turn was to help our environment and the Welland River. The youth built 54 bird houses for Blue Birds / Tree Swallows and Wood Ducks and Owls. All declining in population.
