Please note that funding for the 2019 NIC program is subject to budgetary approval , which will be confirmed in Q1 2019 by the new Regional Council. This November 4, it's a day for kindness across Niagara and Ontario as we celebrate this year's Random Act of Kindness Day! Since 2011, the Niagara community has responded overwhelmingly to Random Act of Kindness Day, paying little acts of kindness forward in all corners of the Region, and this year the Niagara Community Foundation is encouraging everyone to keep up that spirit of kindness.
The Niagara Community Foundation will also be celebrating the launch of new, exciting initiatives to celebrate Canada's 150th. Joining us for the celebration, Governor General's Meritorious Service Medal recipient and Peabody Award winner Jowi Taylor will share the story of Six String Nation with attendees!

We have read much over the past few years about what Buffalo is doing as a community to turn the tide on the many challenges they have faced. The Buffalo Billion Investment Plan was created to chart the Buffalo Niagara region's unique path to a thriving economy.
